Client Agreement
By requesting or purchasing any service from Neth Network, you agree to the following:
Payment & Execution
A deposit or full checkout payment is required before work begins. I expressly request that Neth Network commences the service immediately upon payment, and acknowledge that by doing so, I waive my statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Non-Refundable
All services are fully custom and non-refundable once design and technical work has started.
Client Content & Timelines
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or missing assets will extend the project timeline accordingly.
Revision Limits
Revisions are strictly limited to 2 rounds of minor design updates within the original project scope. Any structural layout changes or additional work requested outside the agreed scope will require separate, extra payment.
Ownership & Final Files
Final files, dashboard access, and active deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment is completed and cleared.
Platform Fees
The client is solely responsible for all recurring external costs, including Shopify subscriptions, paid theme licenses, domain hosting, and third-party app fees.
Limitation of Liability
Neth Network configures platforms using stable industry standards but is not a hosting provider. Neth Network is never liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost restaurant revenue, failed customer orders, or broken booking schedules—arising from Shopify downtime, payment gateway errors, or third-party software updates. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.
Portfolio Use
Neth Network reserves the right to use completed work, screenshots, and case studies for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
